Days ago I bought some black olives from supermarket. I was thinking of to make salad, or perhaps to serve on top of some water cracker. But I couldn’t help and ate quite some on its own already. Anyway, they turned out on this Pepperoni Olives Feta Cheese Pizza first.
Pepperoni, Olives & Feta Cheese Pizza
1 pre-baked pizza dough
black pitted olives, sliced
red and green capsicum strips
feta cheese, cut in cubes (used apetina here)
grated cheddar cheese
Note: Feta cheese is pretty salty. So, do not heavily salted both the pizza dough and the pizza sauce.

Prepare and ready a pizza dough. (Mine was a sourdough pizza dough, 11” round, pre-baked 10 minutes as it was not quite a thin crust.)
Brush the pizza dough with olive oil. Spread on top some pizza sauce. Scatter some grated cheddar cheese.
Place the toppings: onion, capsicums, beef pepperoni, feta cheese and olives.
Bake at 190°C in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes.
